your lessons have begun, you must complete all lessons in your package within 30 days of the original lesson (or 60 days if

Cancellation Policy:
Our regular policy of 24-hours'
notice required to cancel or reschedule lessons will be followed for Groupon customers. We are working very hard
to meet our students' scheduling needs, so we appreciate your understanding and consideration for our teachers and your fellow
students who are also trying to schedule their lessons. If less than 24-hours’ notice is provided for canceling
a lesson, a fee, up to the amount paid for the Groupon lesson, will apply.

Can I use more than one Groupon for myself? No, unfortunately. The purpose behind this Groupon offer is to allow students to get a taste
of what we do, to determine if they enjoy taking private lessons, and how they feel about working with
a particular teacher. We feel that the packages offered give a reasonable amount of time to do this. The
teachers are taking a drastically reduced amount for the lessons (after Groupon takes their cut, teachers take home less
than 25% of what they would normally charge), so you can understand why we need to limit the offer to one Groupon per person.
However, if you purchased more than one Groupon, you may give it as a gift to a friend or loved one. Think what a wonderful
gift that would be!

Can I choose the teacher? Absolutely.
We encourage you to read each teacher's bio, listen to their audio clips, and read their students' comments to help you
decide. We know our teachers well, so if you need help, we can guide
you to the teacher who is right for you, and with whom you can build a great working relationship, based on your
goals, style of music preferred, as well as location and availability.

Can I try more than one teacher? Sure! We understand that finding the right "chemistry"
between teacher and student is crucial. So, if you find you're not 100% thrilled with the first teacher you try, feel
free to use remaining visits with another teacher. But we are going to do everything we can to make you happy, so we
doubt this is going to be an issue!

Is there a minimum or maximum age allowed? We work with students of all ages. However, for piano, we recommend students be at least age 5, because
that's when most children have enough finger strength to press the keys. Knowing their numbers and letters is also
helpful. There is absolutely NO maximum age! We encourage everyone to engage in learning to sing and play instruments for

Can I mix it up and take piano,
voice, and guitar lessons? Yes,
you may redeem your Groupon for any combination of lessons, including voice, piano, guitar, violin/fiddle, mandolin, dobro,
and composition!

Can I use my Groupon for in-home
lessons? We have two teachers
- Sharon Stanley & Wendy Boyce - who are offering to do in-home lessons. If you live within 20 miles of Hancock
Park (the 90004 zipcode), you may opt to take in-home voice lessons with Sharon Stanley. If you live within 10 miles of Westwood (zip code 90024), you may take voice &/or
piano lessons with Wendy Boyce. If not, you still have the option of coming to our other studio locations listed

Can I share my Groupon with a friend? You may purchase additional Groupons for as many friends
as you like, but each Groupon package is valid for one person only. Why? We want to provide the best experience
for both students and teachers, and we want you to really get a chance to see some progress in technique, while getting a
true sense of whether this teacher could be the one to take you to the next level. If you'll commit your time to the
process and see it through all the lessons in your package, we think you'll have the best experience possible. back to FAQ list
Can
I use my Groupon to book a group lesson? Ideally, this offer is to allow you to take advantage of private sessions with an instructor.
But if you and a friend BOTH have purchased the Groupon package, you may redeem them together, provided you
discuss this with your teacher ahead of time. back to FAQ list
When does
my Groupon expire? This
Groupon offer will expire on March 6, 2013. You must at least begin your lessons by that date. Once
you begin your lessons, the remainder of your lessons must be taken
within 30 days (or 60 days if you purchased 4 half-hour lessons). We will do our very best to accommodate
your request for scheduling, but we ask that you please do not wait until the last minute to redeem your
Groupon, because appointments are scheduled according to instructors' availability, and those who have waited may find
that the instructor of their choice is already full. back to FAQ list
What about the Universal Groupon rule that says Groupons
must be used in one visit? This
is a multi-visit Groupon package, which overrides the general rule, so you may use the Groupon for all visits in your package. back to FAQ list
Once I start my lessons, how long do I have
to finish redeeming my Groupon? Is there a time limit? Because we have so many Groupons to redeem, we require that students
complete their lessons within 30 days from the date of the first lesson (or 60 days if you purchased 4 half-hour lessons).
We recommend students commit to weekly lessons once their Groupon begins, because it's been proven that regular weekly lessons
produce the best results. We know that's not always possible, given everyone's busy schedules these days. However,
if you are NOT able to take your lessons in subsequent weeks, please talk to your instructor to develop a time frame
